These Terms and Conditions govern Modak's Parent App Beta Program (“The Program”). By accepting our invitation and joining the Facebook group, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Reward: The recipients of the invitation email by Modak are the only people eligible to claim the reward.

‍

2. Process: Participants are required to join the Facebook group and submit a Google Form with the feedback of the Parent App.

‍

3. Reward: 

  • The reward for submitting the form is $10 USD, payable to Modak’s account.
  • Only one form is allowed by person
  • The reward is redeemable within a period of up to 3 weeks from the date of the form completion.

4. Reward Disbursement: Following the completion of the form, participants will receive the reward credited to their Modak Account. The reward will be processed within the next 3 business days after the form is submitted.

5. Modification or Termination: The Program starts Friday 16th, 2024. The termination date of the program is March 1st, 2024. Modak reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

6. Data Privacy: Modak will treat all information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Consent: By participating in the program, you consent to Modak's use of any feedback or information provided during the interview for research and improvement purposes.

‍9. Acceptance of Terms: Your participation in The Program indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Modak reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the participant's responsibility to review and be aware of any changes.
