What happens to my Modak subscription?
If you have an active Modak subscription when we notify you of the banking closure, you will remain in your current subscription tier, but you will not be charged any additional Modak subscription fees.
You do not need to cancel your subscription to prevent another charge.
You will continue to have access to the applicable features and benefits associated with your current subscription tier while those features remain available during the transition.
Can I change my Modak subscription tier?
No.
Subscription tiers will be locked during the wind-down. You will not be able to upgrade, downgrade, or otherwise change your subscription tier.
You will remain in the tier you had as of the date we notified you of the banking closure.
Will my Modak subscription renew or will I be charged again?
No.
We will not renew or charge you again for your Modak subscription.
There is nothing you need to do to cancel your subscription or prevent another recurring subscription charge.
Will I receive a refund for a subscription fee I already paid?
