Getting your statements and transaction history, and banking access in the app.
How can I get my statements or transaction history?
Before banking access through the Modak app is discontinued, we recommend downloading any statements or transaction records you would like to keep. Please navigate inside your application to your profile section and click on “Documents and Statements”.
You will still be able to request available account records after your account has closed.
If you need account statements, transaction history, or other available account records after closure, please request bank statements through this Bank Statement request form.
Will I still be able to access the banking portion of the Modak app after my account closes?
Banking access through the Modak app may no longer be available after your account closes or after the banking program is discontinued.
For that reason, we recommend downloading records you would like to keep before banking access ends.
