What happens to pending transactions?
Transactions that have already been authorized or are pending may continue to process even after certain Modak banking features are discontinued.
Please review your recent account activity carefully before transferring your entire available balance.
What if I am waiting for a refund from a merchant?
If you are expecting a refund for a purchase made with your Modak card, please contact us at hi@modakmakers.com and provide the relevant transaction information.
We will review the status of the refund and provide information based on the circumstances.
