When will my Modak card stop working?
All Modak cards associated with your family, including parent and child cards, will stop working after November 15, 2026.
Until that cutoff, you may use your available balance with your Modak cards, subject to applicable transaction restrictions.
After the card cutoff, you will no longer be able to use your Modak cards for purchases or other card transactions.
Do I need to update subscriptions or recurring payments using my Modak card?
Yes.
If you use a Modak card for streaming services, phone or internet bills, subscriptions, recurring bills, online services, or other automatic payments, please update your payment information with those merchants before November 15, 2026.
Do not schedule new card payments that are expected to occur after the card cutoff.
