Description: No racism towards ANY race is allowed or hatred toward any other person due to gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, etc. This includes, but is not limited to racist speech, the use of slurs, images, symbols, and more. Description: Sub-servers are communities that form with the sole purpose of, or engage in, moving active Modak members to another server, usually smaller, with the goal of self-benefit and/or hosting a group of Modak users that aim to break rules in a private space. The list goes on. You cannot participate in sub-servers as they always lead to toxicity.
Punishment: Owners, their staff, and toxic active users will be instantly banned from Modak server due to their co-operation with the owner and/or toxic behaviors. Active bystanders in the server will receive a hard warning which if ignored will lead to a ban. Inactive users will also receive hard warnings due to them not reporting advertising and other malicious rule violations.

Exceptions: With the exceptions of damn, hell, crap, arse and lmao. All other NSFW words and all slurs are included!

Description: Photosensitive epilepsy is when seizures are triggered by flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Photosensitive epilepsy is not common but it may be diagnosed when you have an EEG test.
