Eligibility:
This campaign is open to parents and teens upon the creation of the teen bank account between February 25th, 2024 to March 7th, 2024. Only individuals aged 13 to 18 are eligible for the welcome gift.
Reward Allocation:
The welcome gift comprises 500 MBX (Mobucks) credited to the teen's Modak account.
Reward Timing:
The gift will be transferred within 1-2 business days after the successful creation of the teen's bank account by their parents. Teens will be notified via email and a push notification once the bonus has been credited. Parents will receive an email when the reward is credited to their teen’s account.
Limitations:
Each eligible teen is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once. The campaign is valid for a limited time, and Modak reserves the right to modify or terminate it at any time without prior notice.
General Provisions:
Modak retains the right to verify the eligibility of participants and may refuse or disqualify any individual deemed ineligible. Modak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, and any changes will be communicated through the official Modak channels.
Indemnity:
By participating in this campaign, teens and parents agree to indemnify and hold Modak harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or this campaign, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State of Delaware courts. By creating a Teen Modak account, you signify your agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
