Christmas Campaign Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern Modak's Christmas Campaign (the “Contest”).
Participants will earn points for each transfer of at least $5 made to their account via their unique payment link. The number of points are based on the amount of money transferred, and are outlined below:
- $5 - $10: 10 points
- $10 - $20: 20 points
- $20 - $30: 30 points
- $30 and above: 50 points.

- Unlimited Sharing: There is no limit to the number of times a participant can share their payment link.
- Campaign Duration: The campaign will run between December 19th, 2023 and January 4th, 2024. Transactions made via the payment link after this date will not be eligible for points.
- Prizes and Winner Announcement: Details of the prizes and the winners will be unveiled on January 9th, 2024. The prize will remain as a surprise until January 9th, 2024.
- Eligible Participation: Participation is limited to funds received through the payment link. Funds received through other methods are not valid for this campaign.
- New User Participation: The campaign is open to both existing and new users. New users who join during the campaign period are also eligible to participate.
- Winner Selection: There will be three winners for this campaign. Winners will be determined based on the highest number of points accumulated.
- Announcement of Winners: Winners will be announced on our social media platforms and notified via email.
- Transaction Limits: The minimum amount eligible for funding through your payment link is $5.

General Terms and Conditions:
- Modak reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.
- Modak is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet outages, that may affect participation in the campaign.
- The campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
- By participating in this campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Modak reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at its discretion. Participants are encouraged to review Modak's privacy policy and terms of service.
- The prize is redeemable within a period of up to 3 weeks from the date of the winning notification. Failure to redeem the prize within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the award.
